Due to the snowy weather Ward’s Family Karate in Colorado Springs, Colorado will be Closed tonight (tuesday 12/08/09). We will not have Cardio-Fit Kickboxing or Karate Classes.
I you are part of eXtreme Fitness / Self Defense then please contact Tony Duenas at 243-3787. Tony is willing to hold class if the students want to attend. What can I say, these guys are eXtreme.
I hope to see you all in class on Wednesday. However keep check on this page for any new developments. With the current blast of weather who knows what tomorrow will be like.
