We offer a unique karate program perfect for the whole family. You will earn rank in the art of Shotokan Karate, one of the most popular forms of karate worldwide. We augment our karate program with the Japanese art of Jujitsu and the Philippine art of stick fighting (Arnis). Our advanced brown belts are also instructed in the art of Kobudo (Traditional Japanese weapons).
We are a family oriented school where kids and adults feel equally comfortable training. We train boys and girls ages 7 and up, as well as parents and even senior citizens.
Our program is great for building the confidence that will take you or your children through a lifetime. We emphasize self-disciple and hard work. You will see improved manners and grades with your children. Of coarse we teach real world, no compromise, self-defense. Our students also have plenty of opportunity for character and confidence building competition. We attend several competitions each year, ranging from local, to region to national in level.
Our instructors are certified black belts, and we are a member of Kazoku Karate Budokai (Family Karate Association), with headquarters right here in town. Our membership represents over 600 active martial artists here in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Our brand new dojo (Karate School) is located at 3228 N. Nevada Ave. We have a beautiful and well equipped 2,500 sq. ft. facility designed with your safety and comfort in mind. We provide a 770 sq. ft. training mat, a 160 sq. ft. kickboxing mat, and 300 sq. ft. of grappling and throwing mats.
We have a comfortable visitors lounge and a play area with toys for the younger siblings. We are conveniently located near highway I-25, providing easy access from both North and South Colorado Springs.
